Quick answer

On our Magic7 Lite, holding Power for 1 second starts Google Assistant and 3 seconds powers off. Change it in Settings, Accessibility features, Shortcuts & gestures, Google Assistant. Double press Power was set to the torch; tap it there to pick Recorder, Timer, Calculator or another option.
