How to zoom in on a Samsung Galaxy screen with Magnification

Short answer

Open Settings, Accessibility, Vision enhancements, Magnification and switch on Magnification shortcut. Then use the shortcut, tap inside the outline to zoom, pinch to change the zoom and swipe with two fingers to move around.

    Open Settings, Accessibility and tap Vision enhancements.

    Scroll down the Vision enhancements page and tap Magnification. The page opens with a preview at the top.

About this guide

Magnification enlarges any part of the screen, even in apps that do not let you zoom. It is different from making text bigger, which changes the whole phone. We only looked at these screens on our phone and changed nothing.

The screenshots are from a Samsung Galaxy A57 5G with One UI 8.5 and Android 16. Other Galaxy phones on One UI 8 use the same menus; on older One UI versions a few names and positions differ.
