About this guide

A missed alarm usually comes from one of a few settings, most of them inside the Clock app itself.

The screenshots are from a Samsung Galaxy A57 5G with One UI 8.5 and Android 16. Other Galaxy phones on One UI 8 use the same menus; on older One UI versions a few names and positions differ. Our only alarm was switched off; we did not change it.

Good to know

A connected Bluetooth headset can play the alarm in your ears instead of through the speaker.
