Easily Forward Multiple Gmail Emails with Multi Forward

Have you ever received multiple Emails that you think some of your friends could benefit from? I know I have, but the problem is how in the world are you going to send multiple Emails to so many contacts? Just the idea of trying to figure that out could make your head hurt, but the good news is that there is a solution to the issue. The answer is Multi Forward fo Gmail.

Multi Forward for Gmail is a free Chrome extension you can add to your browser right now and will make forwarding multiple Email very easy. I´m sure you have enough to worry about.


How do I add Multi Forward to Chrome?

Adding Multi Forward to your Chrome browser is very easy. All you have to do is go the Chrome Store and click on the blue button on the upper right-hand corner that adds the extension to your browser. Next, it will ask you for permission, and when you click OK, you will see a black arrow icon right beside your other Chrome extensions.

Once everything is set up, it´s time go to Gmail. You won´t immediately see the black arrow since you first need to select the various Emails you want to forward. Once you have them, the black arrow will appear, and you will obviously need to click on it to continue.

Multi Forward will need you to add the Emails of the people that will get these Emails.

All the Emails you send with Multi Forward are marked and don´t forget to turn off conversation mode since this has been known only to send the last two messages. The developer of the Chrome extension has warned it´s users that there could be some problems with attached images as well, but he has promised that he will fix this bug as soon as possible.

What if You Don´t like Multi Forward?

We have all tried a Chrome extension that didn´t live up to our expectations. If Multi Forward just doesn´t convince you can easily uninstall it by right-clicking on the black arrow and selecting Remove from Chrome. You can also click on the three vertical dots and select Settings > Extensions and locate Multi Forward.

Click on the trash icon all the way towards the right and you can say goodbye to the extension.

Conclusion

There´s no doubt that there are many useful Chrome extensions out there, but having one that can access your Email, just doesn´t quite fit in my book.
